Samantha Gaston is a Colorado native and grew up in Colorado Springs. She received her B.A. from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2023. While at Creighton, Ms. Gaston was able to represent members of the Omaha community through the Milton R. Abrahams Legal Clinic in a variety of civil matters. She was also able to participate in the Judicial Intern Program in the 4th judicial district in El Paso County. Prior to joining Davis & Ceriani in 2024, Ms. Gaston worked in Colorado Springs as a Guardian ad Litem representing youth involved in the judicial system.
