Brittany Garza grew up in Colorado and graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music/Music Business. Brittany received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as the Business Editor for the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy.

Brittany launched her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca Freyre at the Colorado Court of Appeals, an experience that sharpened her appellate research and analytical skills. Prior to joining Davis & Ceriani, P.C., Brittany worked at an international AmLaw 200 firm, where she concentrated on high-stakes commercial, construction, and intellectual property disputes.

Brittany is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. In 2025, she also served on the planning committee for the Colorado Diverse Attorney Community Circle (CODACC) Program.
