Scott Wilkinson is a Colorado native and graduate of both Colorado State University (with a B.S. degree in civil engineering) and the University of Colorado School of Law. He joined Davis & Ceriani, P.C. as a law clerk in 2003 and became an associate in 2005.

Litigation Practice

Mr. Wilkinson has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from simple lease disputes and collection cases (including the representation of creditors with bankruptcy matters) to complex securities litigation, employment matters, personal injury, business disputes and property disputes. As part of the Davis & Ceriani, P.C. trial team, Mr. Wilkinson has assisted clients in achieving high-dollar settlements and verdicts. Scott has also appeared before the Colorado Court of Appeals and preserved a seven-figure judgment.

Business Law Practice

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Wilkinson's business law practice has included counseling clients in a wide variety of business matters ranging from negotiated partnership/business buyouts to insurance coverage disputes and employment matters.

Awards, Professional Memberships and Activities

While in law school, Mr. Wilkinson participated in moot court competitions, winning awards as the best oral advocate in his graduating class and at the American College of Trial Lawyers’ regional competition.
