Jeffrey Smith was born in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and spent the majority of his childhood moving around the country as the son of an Army Colonel. Mr. Smith graduated from Providence College in 2005 and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008.

Litigation Practice

Mr. Smith joined Davis and Ceriani, P.C. in 2007 as a law clerk and became an associate in 2010. Mr. Smith’s practice involves a wide variety of litigation matters including securities litigation and arbitration, business disputes, employment matters and collection cases.

Awards, Professional Memberships and Activities

Mr. Smith is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Smith is an avid sportsman who attended college on a Division I Athletic Scholarship. Mr. Smith has also enjoyed coaching several local youth soccer teams in the Denver area.
