Edward R. (“Ted”) Gorab was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, received a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity University in 1993, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1998. He joined Davis & Ceriani, P.C. as an associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2005.

Real Estate and Business Law Practice

Mr. Gorab’s practice focuses on real estate, partnerships and corporations, and business transactions, and he has extensive experience in: real estate title, due diligence, financing, acquisition, sale, annexation, zoning, subdivision, development, vertical construction, and leasing; the sale and acquisition of small businesses; and formation, structuring and general matters of partnerships and other entities.

Mr. Gorab is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate and Business Law Sections, the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver, and the Government Affairs Committee of the Colorado Association of Homebuilders.
